Despark Subprocessors

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meaning set forth in the commercial services agreement and/or terms between Despark, Inc. (“Despark”) and Customer.

Despark uses certain third-party Subprocessors to assist with provision of the Services. This page provides the name, purpose and location for each Subprocessor. Despark has signed a Data Processing Agreement with each Subprocessor containing data protection obligations not less protective than those applicable to Despark with respect to the protection of Customer Data. 

Amazon Web Services: Stores data from Despark’s platform (U.S.A.)

Coralogix: Provides Despark’s logging and hosts log database (U.S.A.)

Google: Hosts Despark’s email, calendars, analytics, and workspace (U.S.A.)

Heroku: Hosts Despark’s platform (U.S.A.)

Slack: Internal Communications platform, alert handling (U.S.A.)

Stripe: Provides payment processing

Twilio: Facilitates Email messages to Participants (U.S.A.)

Webflow: Hosts Despark’s Website(U.S.A.)

Zoom: Facilitates Video Meetings between Researchers and Participants (U.S.A.)
